- What is collagen?
Collagen is one of the main proteins in our body and is present in every tissue including skin, hair, nails, bones, lungs, heart, and liver. The right amount of collagen in the body is essential to keep us strong and youthful.

Why should I use it?
Unless you eat bone broth, animal organs, and whole fish stews daily, it's highly unlikely that you have even remotely the right amount of collagen in your body.
- What does it do?
✔️ Moisturizes the skin and keeps it elastic. This prevents sagginess.

✔️Speeds up recovery and wound healing.

- When should I take it?
Collagen is not a stimulant and therefore it doesn't keep you awake at night. You can take it at any time, whenever it is most convenient for you.
- Are there any side effects?
Clinical studies say that normal portions of 10-30g per day, non only have no side effects, but they are also recommended.
Going beyond 30 grams may have "mild" side effects such as indigestion and intestinal discomfort, but nothing more serious than that.
