Collagen Powder

I have been taking this for around 9 months, and I thought it wasn't doing anything significant until I switched to another well-known brand. Still, I couldn't be positive that the sudden lines and wrinkles were caused by the lack of use of Luisa True skincare collagen peptides. I am impressed with Luisa’s Collagen. I’ve only taken tablets previously and couldn’t actually tell you what they did so I was a bit sceptical at first.
I started with one scoop a day in Natural Greek yoghurt with blueberries and in about a month I could tell the difference in the strength of my fingernails and my knees weren’t hurting so much after exercise. Maybe more good things will happen as I continue taking it. I don’t see anything as good as this on the market, at least not with egg shells which could be the secret ingredient! I am 78 and only wish I’d tried it much sooner. I do keep fit and feel this is a good addition to my diet.

Very easy to add to your food or drink. Tasteless. I like the fact that it is hydrolyzed and derived from more than one source: bovine, fish, chicken and egg shell membrane.
