Orders
What if I need to modify or cancel an order?
Send an email to info@luisafanzani.com or a text to (626) 219-2773 as soon as possible.
What if I need to change my address?
We always do our best to validate shipping addresses and are usually able to correct minor typos. For major changes, kindly send an email to info@luisafanzani.com or a text to (626) 219-2773 as soon as possible.
If the package has already been shipped, you can reroute it through the carrier's tracking page.
Here's how:
Your order is shipped via USPS (usually a tracking number that starts with 9):
Your information can be edited through USPS Package Intercept. To do this, please create a USPS account and update your address after the package leaves our warehouse.
If shipped via UPS (usually a number that starts with 1Z or similar):
UPS order details can be updated through UPS My Choice by creating an account on their website.
If shipped through Fedex, follow instructions on this page.
How fast do you ship?
Our orders ships within 24/48 hours. Occasionally, when volumes are higher (for example during a sale), shipping might be extended to up to 6 business days.
We ship orders Monday to Friday. Carriers (USPS, Fedex, UPS) pick up orders in the early afternoon from our California facility.
Returns
At Luisa True Skincare we want you to be satisfied with your purchase as we know how much effort it takes to earn money!
To initiate a return, send an email to info@luisafanzani.com within 15 days from receiving the package to receive a full refund (minus shipping cost). You'll also be responsible of shipping the products back to us.
Please pack the products you wish to return and ship to:

You will receive your money back to the original form of payment you used to purchase within 5 to 7 business days.
Note to International Customers: Because duties and taxes are collected by the governing country, we cannot provide a refund for these.
We don't accept empty bottles.

Does Luisa True Skincare test on animals?
We have a zero tolerance policy for animal testing in cosmetics. We don't test anything at any point of the manufacturing process.
Do your products work on any skin type, men and women?
Yes, our products are unisex and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
